Villu Veski Villu Veski
Villu Veski (b. 1962) is a saxophonist and composer from Estonia. He is mainly known for his various jazz-projects. Villu Veski is also the founder of the Muhu Future Music Festival JUU JÄÄB, which is held on a little island called Muhu every year. - His repertoire includes classical compositions for alto saxophone and large amount of music for saxophone quartet. In the field of Jazz he prefers old swing style, etno-jazz and funky-groove.
- He has performed frequently on Festivals of Estonian Music and on Contemporary Music Festival NYYD, performing new works of Estonian composers.
